Our Services
Ordered Vision is a strategy and systems consultancy. Our work is organized into two engagement phases:
- Strategy — a paid engagement to resolve what is unclear before building begins, resulting in a written plan for what should be built and why
- Build — a paid engagement to create the approved solution, across three categories: Systems & Automation, Websites, and Visual Identity
Clients may engage Ordered Vision for Strategy, for Build, or for both. The specific scope, deliverables, investment, and terms of any client engagement are governed by a separate written agreement entered into between Ordered Vision and the client. These Terms govern website use and inquiry submission only.
Inquiries and Discovery
Submitting an inquiry through our website does not create a client relationship, constitute a contract, or obligate Ordered Vision to provide services. We review every inquiry and will reach out if we believe there is a potential fit.
Information shared during the inquiry and discovery process is used solely to evaluate whether an engagement makes sense. We treat this information with discretion but it is not subject to a formal confidentiality agreement unless a separate agreement is signed.
Ordered Vision reserves the right to decline any inquiry or engagement at our discretion.
Client Engagements
All formal client engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement or contract. The terms of that agreement take precedence over these Terms of Service for matters related to the specific engagement. Key principles that apply across all engagements include:
- Scope is defined in writing before work begins
- Payment terms are established in the engagement agreement
- Material changes to approved scope may require a change order
- Ordered Vision is not the client's ongoing operator by default
- Post-engagement support is defined and limited in scope
Intellectual Property
All content on the Ordered Vision website — including text, design, graphics, methodology names, and brand elements — is the property of Ordered Vision and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Deliverables created for clients as part of a formal engagement are addressed in the governing client agreement, which specifies ownership and licensing terms.
Confidentiality
We take the information you share with us seriously and treat it with discretion. We do not share client information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. For formal engagements, confidentiality obligations are addressed in the client agreement.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in on our inquiry form, you consent to receive text messages from Ordered Vision. These messages are related to your inquiry, engagement scheduling, or active client work.

Strategy and systems consulting involves judgment and recommendation. Ordered Vision does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or growth as a result of our services. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including client execution, market conditions, and third-party platform performance.
Third-party software, platforms, and tools referenced or implemented as part of our work are subject to their own terms, pricing, and availability. Ordered Vision is not responsible for changes, outages, or discontinuation of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordered Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ordered Vision in the three months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
